DCAS Team awards: Recurve Team of 4 archers: Compound Team of 3 archers; Junior Recurve team of 3 archers (teams picked from highest scoring archers from same club)
Mixed doubles teams awards: Recurve/Compound/Longbow/Barebow (team of one Lady and one Gent from same club shooting same bowstyle (picked from highest scoring archers from same club)
Medals awarded in bow styles as follows – 1st – 1 Archer, 2nd – 4 Archers, 3rd – 7 or more archers.
Visitor Medals only for all bow styles.

Round: World Archery 18m to be shot according to Archery GB ‘Rules of Shooting’, including the dress regulations.
Single face for all bows except Compound who will shoot on Triple faces.
All arrows shot in ends of three on Tenzone foam bosses.
Entries and Fee: £16.00. Entries and payment will be via BookWhen www.bookwhen.com/gwas and will open at 7pm
on Monday 5th January. As this event fills up quickly, a waiting list option will be available on BookWhen.

Closing date: 9th February 2026 unless Tournament is full at an earlier date.
Equipment checks will be carried out by the Judges prior to Assembly.
Archers are responsible for ensuring their equipment meet the required standards for competition.
N.B. Junior Members shooting must be supervised by a Parent or Guardian at all times.
Assembly Times – Group A: 10.15 a.m. Group B: 2.15 p.m. with 2 ends of practice immediately afterwards

can use the QR Code at the bottom of this form to register for all 2026 GWAS tournaments.
Awards: GWAS Trophies for Lady & Gentleman Champions (Recurve, Compound, Barebow & Longbow); GWAS Team
Trophy for a Club Team of four Archers (Recurve); GWAS Team Trophy for a Club team of four Juniors (not Compound).
Drug Testing: Record Status Shoots are liable for drug testing and Competitors approached to give samples, must
comply; if they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result.
Notes:
• Only shoes with non-marking soles are to be worn in the Sports Hall.
• Archery GB cards to be shown on arrival.
• Please ensure that you collect a car park pass from either the organiser or centre reception.
• As in previous years we will not be providing chairs so please bring your own.
• Target list and Results will be sent via Email

Rounds: AM – a Western round 60/50 and 30/20 for juniors ; PM – medieval themed targets at unmarked distances
Trophies will be awarded for all bow classes for the morning’s Western round. Prizes will also be awarded for the afternoon’s festivities and a Champion Archer for the day will be crowned. Medieval costume is preferred (prizes will be awarded for the best dressed lady and gent), otherwise AGB dress code must be complied with.

Afternoon round rules and scoring will be issued to all competitors on the day.
Directions: Coming from the Tavistock direction on the A386, turn right at the Derriford roundabout into Looseleigh Lane and the school is on the right after the mini roundabout. From the direction of Exeter or Liskeard on A38, exit at the Manadon junction and follow the signs for Tavistock. Turn left at the Derriford roundabout into Looseleigh Lane.
Car Parking: Please park in the designated areas/parking bays.
Food: refreshments will be available during the day.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Photography: To conform with Archery GB’s policy regarding photography, please register on the form provided by the Tournament Organiser on the day.
Liability: Notre Dame RC School and Bowmen of the Tors cannot accept responsibility for any vehicles or property brought to the venue.

1st, 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded in all categories
Entry to the venue from 08:00
Registration from 08:30
Assembly 9.30am followed by up to 45 minutes of practice.
Please ensure you bring your proof of AGB membership for presentation at registration.
Four archers per boss in two details of two. All arrows will be shot in ends of 6 in 4 minutes.
• All Recurve/Longbow Senior and U21 will shoot 70m at a 122cm face.
• All Recurve/Longbow 50+ and U18 will shoot 60m at a 122cm face.
• All Barebow will shoot at 50m at a 122cm face.
• All Compound will shoot 50m at individual 80cm faces (5 zone scoring).
• Archery GB U16-U12 Metric Rounds if space is available (please email TO if interested).
The venue is a school sports field and all arrows MUST be found.
It is the archer’s responsibility to ensure that all arrows and parts of are accounted for and not left on the field.
Remember that metal detectors will not detect full-carbon arrows.
Entry to the tournament will be taken as acceptance of these conditions.

Rule 307 Dress regulations: No blue jeans or tops/shirts bearing non-archery related logo
The tournament will be conducted according to Archery GB Rules of Shooting. Only members of Archery GB or World Archery are permitted to shoot at this tournament.
Record status tournaments will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give
samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result.
Parents/Guardians must give consent for under 18s to be drug tested if approached.
Anyone wishing to take photographs/video at this event must sign the register at the Registration tent. If you are concerned about any photography and videos taking place at this event, or do not wish to be photographed please contact the Tournament Organiser directly
Bacon/sausage butties & burgers from 08:00 – 09:30 and lunch.
For vegetarian/vegan requirements please enquire with the Tournament Organiser before the
closing date (Sunday 10th May 2026).
Hot and cold drinks and snacks/cakes will be available throughout the day.
